South Africa has officially introduced its Remote Work Visa, allowing foreign nationals who earn above a defined income threshold to live in the country while working remotely for foreign employers.

A Remote Work Visa is available for foreign nationals who earn above 27,750 Great British Pounds (“GBP”) and wish to work or conduct business for a foreign entity remotely while residing in South Africa.
