A Remote Work Visa, in terms of section 11(1) of the Immigration Act, 2002 is a short-term visitor’s visa that allows foreign nationals who meet the prescribed requirements to sojourn and work remotely in South Africa for a foreign entity for a period not exceeding 36 months.
Can I apply for permanent residency in South Africa with a Remote Work Visa?

How long is a Remote Work Visa valid for?
