1. Expatriates travelling from high risk countries; and
2. Expatriates travelling from countries that are visa exempt from SA.

The motivation outlining your imperative need to South Africa, together with the supporting documents, will be submitted directly to the DHA. The adjudication of these applications is done  by a multi-departmental sitting that is held once a week.

Attorney’s Letter

As soon as the DIRCO and DHA letter of approval has been granted, an additional lawyer will be provided confirming that you may indeed travel back to South Africa This appears necessary at various levels of the travel process.

Travel Pack

Once all the prescribed documents have been collated, we will prepare a Travel Pack for your presentation at the ports of entry when departing/arriving to South Africa.

SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS IS OFFERING REPATRIATION FLIGHTS FOR PEOPLE WHO LIVE & WORK INTERNATIONALLY

As international travel is currently prohibited in South Africa, and the county has closed its borders, these flights are solely for the purpose of the repatriation and are approved by the South African government to assist citizens return to their homes or places of employment.
