Xpatweb was honoured to host Mr. Ben Makhalemele as a key-note speaker at our Global Mobility Conference, which took place on 30th June 2022, at the Bryanston Country Club where the guests stayed at The Wesley Boutique Hotel.
Professionals from the Global Mobility Industry convened on Thursday 30 June to debate and dissect current changes, challenges and most important, solutions in immigration and mobility in South Africa and Africa as the globe opens for business after the relaxation of Covid-19 limitations.

In a recent conference organised and hosted by Xpatweb, the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) was one of the hot topics. As of recently, many in the Immigration and Mobility services industry have been facing frustratingly lengthy delays with regards to the issuance of SAQA evaluation certificates, for their clients/employees’ foreign qualifications. What used to be a processing time of 3 – 6 weeks maximum, is now taking 3 – 5 months on average.
